On October 23, 2026, within the framework of the meeting of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Central Asian Countries and Georgia, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Sirojiddin Muhriddin visited the seaport of Batumi.

During the visit, the Minister was briefed on the ports’ logistics capabilities, infrastructure, and development prospects, as well as it’s role in facilitating international transport connectivity.
